Is your Restore 2 turning on in the middle of the night or randomly when it shouldn't? There are a couple of things to check!
First, navigate to your Restore 2's sleep routine and make sure there aren't any steps with sound followed by a step with sound. You'll also want to double-check to see if there are any one-off alarms that may have been accidentally set up or forgotten about.
If everything looks good with your routines, please try the following steps to reset your Restore 2:
- Unplug Restore 2.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 2 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2 minutes and connect to your Restore 2 once more, making sure to accept any firmware updates if prompted.
