While the Morning Moment feature is not available on Restore 3, we’ve introduced a 2-step morning sunrise routine to help you wake up gently with soothing light and sounds. Restore 3 offers a wide variety of morning audio content, from gentle nature sounds to inspiring pep talks, so you can personalize your wake-up experience.
You can also find meditations, sound baths, and other experiences in our Unwind library that can be enjoyed in both the evening and morning. Try adding an extra Unwind routine to your saved Routines so it's easily accessible from your Swap button for morning listening.
