Life gets busy and sometimes we need to set up a little reminder to tell us when to slow down and get ready for rest. Our Cue to Unwind feature allows you to set up a visual and audible reminder that it's time to turn your attention to your bed time routine. You can set up your cue for as many or as few days of the week that you need and pick a time that works best for you.
