The Routine was made with complete customization in mind, including when you start your routine! For this reason, there isn’t a way to set your Routine to begin at a specific time. To start your Routine, you can simply tap on the Big Button when you're ready to unwind for the night and the first step of your Routine will play.
If you like something more scheduled, you can utilize the Cue to Unwind feature, which is available to all Hatch+ subscribers! This is a scheduled reminder that plays sound and light at a specific time to remind you to start your Unwind routine for the evening! Once your Cue to Unwind has started, you can tap and hold the bit button to turn off this cue. Then, you can tap the big button again to start your Unwind Routine.
