iPhone users on iOS must have Bluetooth Sharing enabled in order to connect to Hatch Rest. This is a requirement from Apple for any app connecting to a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device, like Rest. Please check to see that Bluetooth Sharing is enabled on your phone.
Here's how to check:
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Tap on "Privacy"
- Tap on "Bluetooth"
- Make sure this setting is enabled under "Rest"
