Moments of Connection
Love Notes allows loved ones to send meaningful messages - from bedtime encouragement to supportive morning reminders - that play directly within a Restore 3 routine. It’s designed to create moments of connection during Unwind.
How do I get started?
To get started with a Love Note, you will want to invite your loved one to record their own message, just for your bedtime routine. To invite a loved one, navigate to the "Library" tab and tap on the "Start your first love note" + sign.
You can either invite a loved one to send a Love Note to your Restore 3 (tap on "Invite a Loved one), or record one yourself (tap on Record).
Once the love note is recorded (either directly in the app, or they can upload a recording that has been saved in their own file in MP3, M4A, or WAV format), you will receive a notification over email and in the apps Message Center that your new note is ready and the Love Note will appear in the "Library" section of the app, ready for you to add to your routine.
How to Enable Microphone Access:
In order to record a special Tuck-In message, you will need to make sure that your phone web browser has access to your microphone.
If you have an iOS device:
- Navigate to your Settings app.
- Locate the "Privacy" option.
- Select "Microphone".
- Make sure that the web browsing app you are using is enabled
If you have an Android device:
- On your Android device, use the Chrome app to load the Tuck-In request link, you will be prompted for permission to access the microphone.
- When prompted, tap Allow.
How many invites can I send?
You can send the same link to multiple loved ones to create their unique message to add to your Unwind Routine.
Who can see my Love Note?
Any Love Note or Tuck-In created, will be visible on all Restore 3, Rest 2nd gen, Rest+ 2nd gen, and Hatch Baby devices you have on your account. The Love Note and Tuck-In is connected to your account, and not to a specific device.
If you share a Rest 2nd gen, Rest+ 2nd gen, or Hatch Baby with a caregiver/spouse, they will be able to see the Love Note or Tuck-In when connected to the Rest 2nd gen, Rest+ 2nd gen, or Hatch Baby that you share.
