Hatch+ can be purchased directly through our website (Hatch.co) or through Google Play/the App Store. The membership may be charged monthly or yearly, depending on the option you set up during purchase.
Duplciate charge?
No matter how you purchase, you will get access to the same great content and benefits! If you have accidently purchased a membership through more then one platform- we can help get it straightned out for you!
First, you will want to make sure that you cancel your Hatch+ subscription through one of the platforms so you aren't charged more than once. After you have canceled, if you need a refund for the duplicate membership- let us know! Head to the top menu to send us a message so we can investigate the best path for a refund for you.
Gifted Hatch, but being charged?
Did you purchase a Hatch for a gift directly from our website, but you are now seeing a subscription charge? It's possible that you added the Hatch+ subscription to your cart when purchasing your Hatch. To prevent being charged in the future, you will want to make sure that you cancel your Hatch+ subscription. After you have canceled, if you need a refund for the membership- let us know!
