In order to help reduce power consumption on your Rest+ 2nd gen, the app will only update the battery level about every four hours or when it reaches a certain threshold. It will accurately show the device's battery level when the battery is below 5% or over 95%.
If your battery level isn't updating or showing correctly, please try to force-close and reopen your Hatch Sleep app to see if it updates.
