While healthy sleep habits are built on consistency, we know that your evenings won't always look the same. With our Unwind Swap feature, you can have up to 3 unwind routines that you can quickly swap out on any given evening.
Navigate to the Unwind section in the Hatch Sleep app and tap on "Swap Routines." From there, you can choose any three of our curated unwind routines and add them to your presets.
To set a preset as your Unwind routine for the evening, just scroll between your 3 presets and tap "Set Unwind routine." Tapping the 3 dots will also give you the option to give your routine a custom name
Currently, only our suggested curations are available for the Unwind swap feature. However, you can add additional steps (up to 5) to any presets. Just navigate to the library from the Unwind swap screen, choose the content you'd like to add, and select which routine you'd like to add it to.
