What is the Cue to Unwind feature?
Looking to start your routine at a specific time? While we don't have a way to start your routine on a schedule, Cue to Unwind will start playing a light & sound at a set time to remind you to start your Unwind routine and is only avalible for Hatch+ subscribers.
Where is it?
Restore 3 sleepers who are subscribed to Hatch+ will see this feature under the "Cue" tab on the "Library". Just tap on the "Library" option at the bottom of your Hatch Sleep app and tap on "Cue"
What happens at the scheduled time?
Your Restore 3 will light up with a dynamic light series of your choosing - you'll also hear the sound pairing that is suggested to go with the color light you have chosen. You're welcome to use the suggested sound or switch to one of the other 3 looping sounds.
The light and sound will play infinitely until you tap the top of your Restore to begin your Unwind steps. Keep in mind that you will need to tap on your Restore 3 to start the rest of your routine.
How do I set up my Cue to Unwind?
Just tap on the "Schedule your cue" button in the top right side of your app. You will be taken to a screen where you can select the color you would like for your Cue, as well as the sound, the time, when you want the cue to repeat, and the brightness and volume settings.
Can I set up more than one Cue?
No, currently you are only able to set up one cue.
What sounds and colors are available?
We have some unique and expertly curated dynamic light and sound pairings available for your Cue to Unwind. Each color option has a gentle sound pairing attached to it.

Once you've scheduled your Cue to Unwind you'll see a box at the top of your home screen showing the scheduled Cue to Unwind. Tap the box to make any edits
