Everyone needs some time to unwind before bed, let us help! Hatch+ users will have access to all our Unwind options, and if you are not a Hatch+ user- we give you some access to a few Unwind options too!
- Launch the app and connect to your Restore 3
- Tap on the + Add Step icon in the right-hand corner of the Unwind Step
- Scroll through the Sound carousel or press See More at the end to browse the extensive library of sleep-inducing sounds. If you prefer to turn the sound off, simply drag the volume slider all the way to the left.
- Scroll through the Light carousel, choose a custom color, or press See More at the end to choose from our stunning hues curated for reading, nighttime, daytime, and more. If you prefer to turn the color off, simply drag the brightness slider all the way to the left.
- Select your duration, or for a Sleep step, toggle on/off Until I Tap.
- Using the volume and light sliders, choose the best brightness and volume for easy resting.
- Select Save in the upper right-hand corner to save the new step.
