If you purchased a gift for someone, and would like them to be able to return it, your gift recepient can do so- they will just need the order number to beging the process through our Returns Portal.

You have 30 nights from the ship date of the order to return your item(s) - to get your prepaid return label use our Returns Portal!
Once you click on the link above, you will be taken to the portal- here's a quick guide to help you navigate your gift return!
Gift returns will be refunded via Store Credit - when your item is received, you'll be emailed with a Store Credit code to use for any purchases made on Hatch.co. You'll enter the order number (found on the packing slip) and the shipping zip code and then follow the on-screen prompts to initiate your return. If you don't have an order number, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support team directly- we can work with you to locate the order.
Getting stuck somewhere in our Returns Portal?
Here are some helpful steps to guide you along the way:
- Simply enter your order number, your email (where you want the return label sent to), and your shipping zip code, then click the Find My Order button to begin the process
- Once you see your item(s) listed click the image in the box of the item you'd like to return and a list of return reasons will pop up
- Select the reason you're returning
- Once you've chosen your return reason the Next box will turn from grey to blue
- Click the Next button to finalize your return and get your prepaid return label sent to your email (you will also receive a QR code in that email - if you don't have a printer handy!).
