You have 30 nights from the ship date of your order to return your item(s) - to get your prepaid return label use our Returns Portal!

Returns are refunded via the form of payment used at checkout. Gift Returns will be refunded via Store Credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Getting stuck somewhere in our Returns Portal?
Here are some helpful steps to guide you along the way:
- Simply enter your order number and email address and click the Start a Return button to begin the process
- Once you see your item(s) listed click the image in the box of the item you'd like to return and a list of return reasons will pop up
- Select the reason you're returning
- Once you've chosen your return reason the Next box will turn from grey to blue
- Click the Next button to finalize your return and get your prepaid return label sent to your email (you will also receive a QR code in that email - if you don't have a printer handy!).
