Did you purchase or receive one of our devices in a color that you didn't fall in love with and want to exchange it for a different one? If the purchase was made through Hatch.co, you can exchange any Hatch Go, Restore 3, or Restore 2 for a different color through our website within 30 days.
First, navigate to our returns portal and fill out the appropriate fields to get things started. From there, make sure to click "exchange item" and follow the prompts to select the color you would prefer!
