We love our products and want you to love them, too! If, for any reason, you don’t, feel free to head to the returns portal on our website within 30 days of your ship date to initiate a return or exchange. Please note:
- Products must be purchased directly from Hatch.
- If possible, please return all items in their original packaging.
Please note: the only products eligible for exchange are Restore 2 and Rest Go. Currently, we will only allow exchanges for a different color on the same product

Hatch Returns and Exchange Portal
From there, you just need to enter your order number and select which item(s) you want to return or exchange. Your order number can be found on the packing slip and/or shipping label and begins with #SHOP.
- When returning, you will receive a prepaid return label to return the device. Once the device has been received and processed, your refund will be automatically processed and returned to the card/account used initially for the purchase!
- When exchanging your Restore 2 or Rest Go for a different color, you will receive a prepaid return label to return your device. The new item will be shipped once the device has been received and processed.
- Once the exchange has been initiated and en route to us, we cannot make any changes.
- If you need to ship the new product to a different address than what was on the original order, you can do so by starting a "gift return".
Gift returns will be refunded via Store Credit - when your item is received, you'll be emailed with a Store Credit code to use for any purchases made on Hatch.co. To start a gift return, click here.
You'll enter the order number (found on the packing slip) and the shipping zip code and then follow the on-screen prompts to initiate your return.
Canadian Customers:
If you need to return or exchange an item on Hatch.co, please begin the process through the portal linked above
Canadian Returns:
- You will be responsible for packing and shipping the product back to us.
- The return address will be provided in your return email confirmation.
- Once the device has been marked as delivered and processed in our warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued, depending on the payment method used at checkout.
Canadian Exchanges:
- When exchanging a Restore 2 or Rest Go for a different color, you'll need to package and mail the device back on your own.
- The new item will be shipped once we've received and processed your original device.
**Please note that once an exchange is in progress and the item is on its way to us, we're unable to make any changes.
Products purchased from a third-party reseller must be returned to that retailer according to the store’s policy. Please get in touch with that seller for assistance with your return.
