No sound coming out of your Hatch Go? Try the following steps to try and get the sound working:
1. Please charge your Hatch Go until it shows it's fully charged- the light on your Hatch Go will turn green to indicate it's ready to go.
2. Reset the Hatch Go by pressing + and - at the same time. This will make your Hatch Go forget the last sound played and the next time your Hatch Go is powered on, it will play White Noise.
3. After resetting, turn your Hatch Go on and tap the Power Button several times (without holding it down) to go through the sound options. Use the + sign on your Hatch Go to attempt to turn the volume up on each one.
