Are you hearing a distorted sound coming from your Hatch Go? Please try resetting it by completing the following steps:
1. Please charge your Hatch Go until it shows it's fully charged. When plugged in, you should see a yellow light on your Hatch Go to indicate the device is charging. The light on your Hatch Go will turn green to indicate it's fully charged.
2. After your device is charged, reset the Hatch Go by pressing + and - at the same time.
3. Attempt to play different sounds on your Hatch Go after the reset. If the sound is still distorted, please attempt to turn the volume up and down to see if a different volume helps to resolve the issue.

- Did anything happened to your Hatch Go before the device stopped working?
- If played at a lower or higher volume, does the sound still seem distorted?
- When you plug your Hatch Go in to charge, does the battery light turn on? (The light is located on the top of your Hatch Go.)
- If you saw that light, please let us know what color the light was.
