Is your Rest Go turning off by itself? We can help!
You'll want to make sure your Hatch Go is fully charged. Charge your Hatch Go using the USB cable that was included until you see the green light, then reset it by pressing the + and - buttons at the same time. If the Hatch Go is still turning off, please take note of whether or not it stays on while plugged in.
