Having trouble getting your Hatch Go to charge? We can help!
Plug in your Hatch Go using the USB cable that was included. Once plugged in, a light should illuminate on the outer ring. A red light indicates a very low battery, an amber light indicates it is charging, and a green light indicates it is fully charged.
Not seeing a light after plugging it in? Please try to reset the Hatch Go by pressing the + and - buttons at the same time.
Still having trouble? You'll want to double-check the power source that the USB is plugged int (for example, if plugged into the USB port on a laptop, make sure the laptop itself has enough battery life) or try another outlet in your home to ensure the cable is charging your Hatch Go.
