If your Rest 2nd gen isn’t showing the color you selected, don’t worry- it’s usually a simple fix! First, make sure that you don't have any scheduled items that would be changing the color around the time that you noticed the color was wrong.
Is your Rest 2nd gen showing the wrong color completely? Is your Rest 2nd gen showing a light tint or a pastel version of the color you selected? We'd recommend checking the setting that you have in the app and then trying the following reset:
- Hold your palm down on the Rest 2nd Gen for 3 seconds until it turns off
- Unplug your Rest 2nd Gen for at least 5 minutes
- Restart your phone
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are standing near the Rest
- Press the button with the two arrows (the Bluetooth connection button) on the bottom of your
- Rest for two seconds.
- Securely plug the Rest back into a different outlet
- Open your app and connect to your Rest right away
Check to see if you are having trouble with any other colors or if this only happens with specific colors.
