A good night's sleep is important, but so is being able to wake up well-rested and on time! We work hard to make sure your alarm will go off reliably, but in the event your alarm does have some issue, you can use the below steps for troubleshooting.
1. Check your settings:
- You will want to make sure that you have not disabled the alarm on your Hatch Sleep Clock- just tap on the "Plan" option from the bottom menu and tap on the "Rise time" box to view all your alarms.
- Make sure to check the details of your alarm to ensure it was turned on for the correct day and time with the correct sound and sunrise selection.
2. Delete the alarm:
Delete the current alarm you have set up and add it one more time. For help with how to delete the alarm, you can view our Hatch Sleep Clock, Rise Time/Alarm Guide- you will be able to find the steps for out to delete an alarm and more!
3. Reset your Hatch Sleep Clock:
You can reset your Hatch Sleep Clock with the following steps:
- Unplug Hatch Sleep Clock
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your device
- Plug your Sleep Clock back in while still holding the connect button
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds
- Wait for about 2 minutes
- Open the App and connect to your Hatch Sleep Clock
- If prompted to update the firmware, tap to update
- Wait another 2-5 minutes (the digital clock on Sleep Clock should show the check mark and current time once done)
- Connect to your Sleep Clock again
Once your Hatch has been reset, set a test alarm up on the device to verify that the alarms will go off as expected.
