If you are tapping on the top of your touch ring and it isn't responding, we have some tips to help get you up and running again!
Check the toddler lock
It's possible the toddler lock might be turned. on. You can lean how to enable and disable the toddler lock here.
Reset your device
If your toddler lock doesn't seem to be the issue, you will want to go ahead and reset your Rest 2nd gen with the following steps:
- Ensure Rest+ 2nd gen is plugged in directly to the socket on the device or has been charged for at least 5 hours. Do not use the charging base as part of the Recovery Mode process.
- Press and hold *BOTH* the power and connect buttons for 10 seconds - the connect button is the small circular button with two arrows on it, located next to the power cord port.
- Release the power button but keep pressing the connect button for an additional 10 seconds
- Release the connect button and connect to your Rest+ 2nd gen- making sure to accept the firmware update when/if prompted.
