Unable to connect to your Rest+?
Please try the following steps for us:
- Force close the Hatch Sleep app
- Unplug your Rest+ and turn the device off by pressing and holding the volume down and brightness down buttons on the base of the device for 10 seconds- you will see the words "OFF" displayed on the device
- Unplug your WiFi router and leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes
- Plug the router back in, and allow it some time to get reconnected (a good time frame is about 5 minutes)
- Place your Rest+ as close to your router as possible (just for troubleshooting purposes) and plug it in- make sure to give the device a few moments to power on
- Go back into the app and try to register or update your Wi-Fi again
- Once you have attempted to connect, force close the Hatch Sleep app one more time and reopen it- this will ensure your most recent diagnostics get sent over to us for further review if needed
