If you notice that your Rest+ turns off at the same time every night, you may have linked it to Alexa, and an Alexa routine could be turning your device off.
Check your Alexa app to see if you have any routines set up to your Rest+. You can also check to see if your Rest+ is a part of any groups by launching the Amazon Alexa app, tapping "More" in the bottom right-hand corner, and then selecting "routine" from there.
Still having some trouble?
Alexa will sometimes recognize and label your Rest+ as a "lamp" instead of Rest+. It can also recognize your Rest+ as a smart light and automatically include it in a routine or voice command. We recommend disabling all Alexa routines for a night to verify whether or not how Alexa is "seeing" your Rest+ is the issue.
