Not hearing any sound from your Rest+? We can help!
First, you will want to double-check your settings to make sure your volume is turned up and that you have a sound selected. If your program selection or player appears similar to the one below, make sure to select a sound and adjust the volume slider if necessary.
Still not hearing any sound on? Please try the following steps to give your Rest+ a quick reset:
- Make sure your Rest+ is plugged in
- Insert a paperclip or pin into the hole marked "R" to the left of the power cord (the clock will turn off briefly)
- Unplug your Rest+
- Press the two outermost buttons on the base of your Rest+ for 10 seconds to power your lamp completely OFF
- Securely plug your Rest+ back in
- Wait one minute - in order for the reset to complete
- Open your app and connect your Rest+ and select a sound
