Are you trying to set up an alarm on your Hatch and you are seeing an error?
Here's a few tips to help resolve the issue!
- Check to see if you already have an active alarm set up for the same time on the same day of the week, even if it's just one day out of several you have selected, this will cause the error to be noted.
- Check the times you might have a "Sunrise" set to begin to ensure the sunrise isn't overlapping with any alarms you are trying to set up.
Still can't set up your alarm? Check the App Store or Google Play for an update to your app in order to be sure you are using the latest version.
