Are you able to hear sound on your Hatch, but the light isn't turning on as you expect? Here's a few troubleshooting tips to help!
First, you will want to check your settings. Make sure you have a light selected for the routine step you are using. Make sure you try to adjust the "brightness" of the light up if you aren't seeing the light you have selected. Some light colors will need to be turned up a little higher to be noticed.
Next, if you are still having trouble- give your Hatch a reset with the following steps:
- Unplug Restore 3.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 3.
- Plug Restore 3 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds (the Restore 3 digital clock should show "blocks").
- Wait for about 2-5 minutes (the Restore 3 digital clock should show a dot moving in a circle).
- Verify the green LED is illuminated next to the connect button on the bottom of the Restore 3. If it isn't, hold the connect button down until the green LED is illuminated.
- Reconnect to your Restore 3 again.
