Are you able to hear sound on your Hatch, but the light isn't turning on as you expect? Here's a few troubleshooting tips to help!
First, you will want to check your settings. Make sure you have a light selected for the routine step you are using. Make sure you try to adjust the "brightness" of the light up if you aren't seeing the light you have selected. Some light colors will need to be turned up a little higher to be noticed.
Next, if you are still having trouble- give your Hatch a reset with the following steps:
- Unplug your Hatch
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Hatch.
- Plug your Hatch back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 2-5 minutes (the Hatch digital clock should show "blocks").
- Unplug Hatch and wait 20 seconds.
- Plug the Hatch back in and wait 1 minute.
- Reconnect or register your Hatch again and be sure to accept any firmware updates requested.
