A good night's sleep is important, but so is being able to wake up well-rested and on time! We work hard to make sure your alarm will go off reliably, but in the event your alarm does have some issue, you can use the below steps for troubleshooting.
1. Check your settings:
- You will want to make sure that you have not disabled the alarm on your Restore on the device.
- Make sure to check the details of your alarm to ensure it was turned on for the correct day and time with the correct sound and sunrise selection. To check your alarm settings:
- Navigate to the Restore 3 home page in the Hatch Sleep app
- Tap on the alarm to view the settings
- For more information about setting up your sunrise alarm, you can head over to our Restore 3 Alarm Guide article.
2. Delete the alarm:
Delete the current alarm you have set up and add it one more time. For help with how to delete the alarm, you can view our Restore 3 Alarm Guide- you will be able to find the steps for out to delete an alarm and more!
3. Reset your Restore 3:
You can reset your Restore 3 with the following steps:
- Unplug Restore 3.
- Press and hold the connect button with the two arrows on the bottom of your Restore 2.
- Plug Restore 3 back in while still holding the connect button.
- Release the connect button after 10 seconds.
- Wait for about 3 minutes and then try to connect again via the Hatch Sleep App.
- After connecting, set up a test alarm (without a Sunrise selection) for a few minutes from the current time to see if it will sound.
Once your Hatch has been reset, set a test alarm up on the device to verify that the alarms will go off as expected.
