When setting up a Hatch for the first time, the Hatch will be registered to the Hatch Sleep account used when setting it up! Once registered, the device will be tied to that account unless the device is deregistered.
If your device has been registered by another member of your household, and you want to have access to the Hatch too, you will need to be logged into the same account that the device was set up under, on your phone.
To deregister the Hatch you are trying to access, just click on the chat bubble on the page and type the word "deregister" to get started!
