Was your little one expecting Mari to start playing at 8pm, but Mari didn't start to sing? We know that your little one's schedule is important and our goal is to ensure that your Rest+ 2nd gen is always working reliably for you. If the schedule isn't working as it should, try these troubleshooting steps:
First, make sure all your settings in your schedule are set to what you and your little one expect them to be. Be sure to check:
- The volume and/or light brightness of the scheduled sound and light
- Check to see that the time is correct and selected for the right AM or PM time frame
- Check the days of the week that your schedule is set up for to ensure it is set to play the day you are expecting it to
After you have checked all your settings, please try the following:
- Unplug your Rest+ 2nd gen, count to five and plug it back in
- Delete the schedule that isn't starting when expected and add it once more
