Need someone else to have access to your little one' Hatch? We've got a way you can get that done!
To add another authorized user to your Hatch:
- Connect to your device via the Hatch Sleep app
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the main remote screen
- Tap the name of the device you’d like to share access
- Scroll to the “Access” section and tap on “Add a Person.”
- Enter their email address and hit “Invite,” and you’re all set!

Having trouble adding a user? Here's a few things that might be the cause:
- Double check the email address you are inviting to be a user of your Hatch. The person you are inviting will need to create a Hatch account with that same email address in order to be authorized to use your Hatch!
- Ownership- while "control" of your Hatch device can be shared with a loved one, you will need to be the original owner in order to re-name the device.
