If your child’s Rest+ 2nd gen isn’t showing the color you selected, don’t worry- it’s usually a simple fix! First, make sure that you don't have any scheduled items that would be changing the color around the time that you noticed the color was wrong.
Is your Rest+ 2nd gen showing the wrong color completely? Is your Rest+ 2nd gen showing a light tint or a pastel version of the color you selected? We'd recommend checking the setting that you have in the app and then trying the following reset:
- Ensure Rest+ 2nd gen is plugged in directly to the socket on the lamp or has been charged for at least 5 hours. Do not use the charging base as part of the Recovery Mode process.
- Press and hold BOTH the power and connect buttons for 10 seconds
- Release the power button but keep pressing the connect button for a further 10 seconds
- Release the connect button.
Check to see if you are having trouble with any other colors or if this only happens with specific colors.
