Are you having trouble with your Rest 2nd gen sound? We can help!
First, start with a reset and make sure your Rest+ 2nd gen is connected:

Ensure Rest+ 2nd gen is plugged in directly to the socket on the device or has been charged for at least 5 hours. Do not use the charging base as part of the Recovery Mode process.

Press and hold *BOTH* the power and connect buttons for 10 seconds - the connect button is the small circular button with two arrows on it, located next to the power cord port.

Release the power button but keep pressing the connect button for an additional 10 seconds

Release the connect button and connect to your Rest+ 2nd gen- making sure to accept the firmware update when/if prompted.
If you are still not hearing any sound on your device, you will want to double check your settings to make sure your volume is turned up and that you have a sound selected. If your Routine step appears similar to the below screenshots, the sound selection or the volume setting may be the issue.
