If you have a WiFi network that is considered a mesh network, or if you have any extenders in your WiFi set up, and you are having trouble connecting to your Hatch, this guide will walk you through some troubleshooting steps that should help get you up and running!
- Run a quick test and unplug the extenders/connection points in your network (just for troubleshooting purposes) and see if you can connect to your Hatch device.
- Attempt to turn down the signal strength for each of your extenders/connection points slightly, to see if this helps.
- Make sure that each connection point has the most updated firmware.
- Go into your routers settings and set your Hatch as a "prioritized device”, then attempt to connect to the Hatch one more time?
