You'll always want to be on the most recent release of the Hatch Sleep to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes. If you're having trouble after being prompted to update your app, there are a couple of things to try!
Please first try the following steps:
- Make sure your phone supports the latest version of the app, this is always listed on Google Play or the App Store's listing of the Hatch Sleep app
- Uninstall the Hatch Sleep app
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall the Hatch Sleep app. This will ensure you're downloading the most recent build from the App Store or Google Play store
Note that a Wi-fi connection is necessary to download the app and any updates. If you're having trouble, you may also want to try giving your router a quick reboot by unplugging your router, waiting around 5 minutes, plugging it back in, and waiting a few minutes before trying again.
