When connecting your Hatch to your Wi-Fi network, it's important to make sure your Hatch is within reach during the connection process! After it's connected to your Wi-Fi, you won't need to be near it to make adjustments, but for the first time you set up your Hatch or reconnecting it- it's important!
If you see a note in the app that your Hatch is out of reach, just simply move closer to your Hatch!
If you continue to have any trouble and are still seeing this screen even after moving closer to your Hatch, here's a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Try turning your Bluetooth off then back on again.
- Turn the device upside down and press the button with the arrows and confirm that lights come on, on your device.
- Make sure your phone is charged enough so it's not operating using low power mode.
- Check to be sure that your phone is not in "airplane" mode.
