Sleep is important, and we don't want you to lose any sleep trying to get your Hatch connected! If you are having some trouble, these steps should get you back up and running!
- Force close your Hatch Sleep app
- Unplug your Hatch device (if your device has a battery back up- Rest+ and Rest+ 2nd gen, you will want to power the device off- click on the device for those steps)
- Unplug your WiFi router and leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes
- Plug the router back in, and allow it some time to get reconnected (a good time frame is about 5 minutes)
- Place your Hatch as close to your router as possible (just for troubleshooting purposes) and plug it in- make sure to give the device a few moments to power on
- Go back into the app and try to register or update your Wi-Fi again
