If your Hatch recently was disconnected from your WiFi network and you are having some trouble reconnecting, we have you covered so you can get up and running as quickly as possible!
- First, it's a good idea to reset your router and your Hatch! You can follow the steps in our Can't connect? Start here! article.
- If you still can't reconnect, it's a good idea to check into any changes you may have recently made in your WiFi set up. If you have made any changes, you can take a look at our Connection Trouble Check List to see if those changes are the cause of the issue.
- Make sure to update the firmware on your Hatch, router, and any other connection points in your WiFi set up.
If nothing has changed in your WiFi set up and you have tried all of the above suggestions and are still seeing an error, please head to the top menu and send us a message!
